Moving people from one location to another can be challenging for clubs & groups of all sizes.
When the mini vans are full, there are not enough volunteers with vehicles or your group is just so large that it makes sense to hire a bus, A1 Tour and Charter have transport options for Adelaide & Regional based clubs & groups.
We have bus hire options which can transport a few individuals in comfort or groups of any size.
End of year
As the end of the year approaches our buses fill to the brim (night and day) and on most days from October through until early in the New Year our availability is limited.
Christmas parties, award nights and special events are just some of the events filling our calendar. At this time of year, it is essential for you to give us plenty of notice and lock in your booking fast.
Please note: We recently acquired some new buses, which has expanded our availability this year, but they will fill fast.
Game Day Transport
Whether you are a spectator, a player, a coach or an official, getting to the match is made easier when you don’t have to provide transport to the venue, find a park and deal with a rowdy group of people sitting in the back seat of your vehicle.
Events
One thing clubs, social groups and work groups have in common is that they usually have annual events (conferences, award nights, team building, etc) and you would not want to spoil a great event by making it difficult for group members to attend.

Day Tours

Our day tours can be organised around your choice of destination(s), including visits to wineries, city, country and coastal destination. Multi-Day tours are available, which end with an overnight stay at a destination of your choosing.

Permission to Drink Alcohol
We will happily give you permission to bring alcohol on our buses, but it is essential for you to plan ahead and obtain a liquor license for your journey.
The South Australian Government requires the hirer of a bus to apply and be approved for the consumption of alcohol while on our buses.
You need to be aware that we do not apply for liquor consumption licenses on your behalf and that you will be required to present your liquor consumption license before taking alcohol on our buses.

We are Flexible
We are flexible and will help you work out the best way to move groups of any size, affordably.
Our fleet offers choices for groups needing transport to and from events of all sizes.
With advanced notice, we can arrange for single or multi-location pickups, which may include an alternative plan for returning parties.

He had everything sorted for us on arrival. He was extremely patient and flexible with our itinerary throughout the day, A1 provided 10/10 service and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to hire a bus for their group!

Emma Host13/05/2023We hired A1 to take our wedding guests from the Adelaide CBD to Woodside and they were excellent to deal with. Email responses were prompt, the quote was reasonable and their communication covered every detail. On the day they ran perfectly to time, and even made a couple of extra stops on the way home when guests requested an earlier drop off on the route. We will certainly be in touch again if we ever need a charter service in the future.
